Dear Brothers,
We have a unique opportunity to finish out this Columbian Year with a bang. On Saturday, May 15, 2021, Online Exemplifications for the following:
It's up to you to make it happen. For upgrading and new Members, you can attain the full Knighthood Degree in less than an hour. Get all names of candidates to SK Dave Vincent by May 12th to be enrolled-- skdave.vincent@gmail.com. The Knighthood Exemplification takes place at 10:30 am Saturday May 15th, just two weeks from now. After we receive your name for registration, we will send you a link for the Exemplification.- Upgrade 1st and 2nd Degree Knights to full Knighthood (3rd Degree)
- Bring in new Members with the Knighthood Degree
- Upgrade all Knighthood Members (3rd Degree) to the Ceremonial/Patriotic 4th Degree
Likewise, at 1:00 pm the same day, there is also an online 4th Degree Exemplification. You must have your Knighthood Degree (3rd) before being eligible for the 4th Degree Exemplification. This qualifies you to become a member of our distinguished Honor Guard. Registrations must be in before May 12th. SK Tom Wehri is the person to receive registrations -- wehritom@gmail.com. If you wish to take both Degrees that day, let SK Dave Vincent and SK Tom Wehri know.
This is the time to act to upgrade your position in the Knights. I urge you to make the most of this opportunity.
If you already have full Knighthood and 4th Degree status, you also have a role to play--step up and lead your Brothers in stepping up and realizing everything our Order has to offer. I did a long time ago and offered myself in leadership then and now. It was one of the best decisions of my life.

Brother Knights, The Knights of Columbus and Council 12887 is calling on all members to participate with us in "Into the Breach". These study groups will deepen our spirituality and formation to combat the crisis of religious faith in our world through readings of the Apostolic Exhortation Into the Breach. The presentations for Into The Breach occur during the council meetings. You will receive an email with the Zoom meeting link when you register.

Brother Knights, St. Clare Church needs ushers. With the new 200 person limit in church, our ushers play a critical role in seating people in designated spots in the church. Due to this urgent need, the church is making an exception to the age limit for ushers and anyone who would like to serve as an usher will be able to serve. New instructions have been created and training will be available when you arrive.
The church is asking new ushers to arrive approximately 40 minutes prior to Mass to receive training and assist with seating parishioners.
